End User License Agreement
Effective Date: May 1, 2025
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Chamberlin Building Services Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, software, or services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Services.
- Use the Services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Services remain with Chamberlin Building Services Inc. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chamberlin Building Services Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate this Agreement.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
