3. Scheduling & Access
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property on the scheduled service date. Any delay due to restricted access, weather conditions, or safety concerns may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. A late fee may be applied to invoices not paid within 30 days.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
6. Safety & Liability
We prioritize safety for both our employees and your property. However, Chamberlin Building Services Inc. is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage to windows, fixtures, or surfaces
Any issues arising from inadequate building infrastructure
Delays caused by weather, site restrictions, or third parties
Clients are encouraged to report any concerns within 24 hours of service completion.
7. Insurance & Compliance
We are fully insured and comply with all relevant occupational health and safety regulations. Certificates of insurance can be provided upon request.
8. Intellectual Property
