Q: Can you provide insurance certificates and safety documentation?
Of course. We can supply COIs (Certificates of Insurance), SDS sheets, job hazard analyses, and other safety documents upon request or as required by your property management company.

Q: What’s the difference between low-, mid-, and high-rise cleaning?
We classify buildings by access method and height. Low-rise typically involves ladders or lifts; mid-rise may require portable rigs or suspended equipment; high-rise cleaning involves swing stages, bosun chairs, and rope access systems.
